Author Katz is credited with numerous books for infants, such as “Where is Baby’s Bellybutton” and “Counting Kisses”. The company is set to launch the line in 2007, at American International Toy Fair in New York City. Some of its forthcoming products include soft and plush baby toys, stacking cubes, playmates and interactive storytelling items.

toddler-logo.jpgThe New Parent Media company has unveiled its plans to launch a Toddler magazine, with 100% editorial devoted to toddler topics, including healthy development, travel, food, toys, must-have gear and fun. With more than 4 million US births in a year, the number of households with toddlers ages 1 to 4 is a large, underserved segment of parenting market. Toddler magazine will be launched in April 07, with a frequency of 4X per year. Launch circulation base is 350,000 per issue and primary distribution will be through pediatricians who need to submit written requests for the magazine. Toddler will also be sold on newsstand with a $3.95 cover price.

"The baby is healthy 3.18 kilograms," said Doctor Rothbart, who performed the caesarean section at the Cottage Medi-Clinic Hospital in the Namibian coastal city of Swakopmund. The Hollywood couple issued a statement thanking the hospital staff. The couple said they would donate $300,000 to the maternity wards of two state hospitals in Namibia. The girl is the couple's first biological child. Jolie earlier adopted two children earlier. The golden couple and the two adopted children checked into a beach resort near Swakopmund.
